How do I make a payment to my Association?

Transition to Agave Management Solutions
Effective December 16, 2024, we will implement a streamlined payment process for your HOA assessments (monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, or annual). Please note the following updates:
  
Payment Processing (December 14, 2024 – January 2, 2025): All payments should be made payable to the (Your Community Name) and mailed to: (Community Name) P.O. Box 30071, Tucson, AZ 85751
 
Starting January 2, 2025
Payments can also be made in person at our office: 6418 E Tanque Verde Rd #105, Tucson, AZ 85715

If you pay through your bank’s bill pay service, please update the payee address to (Community Name) C/O Agave Management, P.O. Box 30071, Tucson, AZ 85751
 
Zego Payments: Online payments through Zego will no longer be accepted.
 
Check, Cash, or Money Orders are only accepted at this time.  
 
Online Payments will be available in Spring 2025 -Introducing the Agave Homeowner Portal.

We are thrilled to announce the launch of a new, user-friendly, web-based homeowner portal powered by Vantaca. This platform will offer convenient features such as:
 
Online payment options, including ACH
Balance Checking
Easy access to essential community information
